Tinijin® Tinidazole Capsules is an antiprotozoal and antibacterial agent. The nitro group of tinidazole can be reduced by trichomonal cell extracts, and the free nitro radicals produced by reduction exhibit antiprotozoal activity.


Primary Indications

1. This product is suitable for the treatment of the following diseases:

Trichomoniasis, giardiasis, amebiasis, bacterial vaginosis, combined with antibiotics and antacids for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori-associated duodenal ulcers, anaerobic infections

2. This product is used to prevent postoperative infections caused by anaerobic bacteria, such as colon, gastrointestinal and genitourinary system after surgery.


The Main Contraindication To Medication

It is forbidden for patients who are allergic to tinidazole or pyrroles, allergic to other ingredients in this product and patients with organic central nervous system diseases. As with other structurally similar drugs, it is contraindicated in patients with a history of blood imbalance or cachexia. Although no examples of long-term blood disorders have been found in current animal and clinical studies. It is not used in pregnant women in the first trimester (first 3 months of pregnancy). Breastfeeding women should not be used unless breastfeeding is suspended during tinidazole treatment and within 3 days of stopping the drug.
