Xiulexin^® Ceftizoxime Sodium for Injection belongs to the third-generation cephalosporin antibiotics. It exhibits broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and demonstrates stability against a wide range of β-lactamases (including penicillinases and cephalosporinases) produced by both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. This product has passed the Generic Drug Consistency Evaluation.

Primary Indications

Lower respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, abdominal infection, pelvic infection, sepsis, skin caused by susceptible bacteria.

Skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, meningitis due to Streptococcus pneumoniae or Haemophilus influenzae, and uncomplicated gonorrhea.

The Main Contraindication To Medication

Those who are allergic to this product and other cephalosporins are prohibited.
